In-House Support? Here, we call it HR Parachute. This is because we like to think of this area of our services as reactive and field based. We can be dropped into the middle of your dilemma and provide hands on support and backup. It came into being when a large number of customers regularly asked us “can you come and do it for me?”
Because of this clear need for support on-site, we found a way to ensure we are there with you in the thick of it. You may not need us that many times but the service is there as a safety net. Having us with you will lead to a more confident you. Safe in the knowledge that you can get through whatever the week brings your way!
The way our HR Parachute service works is that you call us up to jump in and support you or your management team on-site for anything you need us for. For instance, we will support with appraisals or guide you through a disciplinary, at your side and taking notes. This is really useful where you have a small team, a very busy team or you don’t have a HR member of staff on-site. What’s more is you can utilise this service up to 4 times a month.
It is important to get it right. In meeting support gives you not only a second pair of eyes and ears but also a written account of the meeting if you want it.
