What do we mean by no on-going obligation?
We mean, that because we believe you will love our fixed fee service, there is no need to trap you into a fixed term contract. All we ask for is 3 months’ notice in writing (an email will do) if you do choose to leave. That being said, despite our ‘no on-going obligation policy’ our stats show that we have a customer retention rate of 96%. We want to maintain this figure and will work hard to ensure you are happy with our service.
